Simon,

I just wanted to contact you to thank you for what I can only say has been an outstanding job on the air-conditioning refit at 36 Hasler Road. Seldom have I experienced tradesman of the quality and caliber than those used by MCAS. The project has run without a hitch and I think that in an era where good service appears to be gone you have managed to completely go against the grain. Your main contractor Kerry and his team have been nothing short of outstanding. They have been efficient, clean, tidy and respectful in all instances. The high standard that Kerry sets is a credit to him and I know that if I had a son doing an apprenticeship I would want him to learn from someone just like him. As a building industry member I would be very proud if I could secure tradesman of that caliber. Your personal efforts in ensuring the program ran without a hitch and with a can do approach is to be commended. If you ever find yourself in the job market please feel free to come and talk to us.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to my industry contacts and should you ever require a reference personally or as MCAS please do not hesitate to refer them to me.

Please pass on my congratulations to your whole team. I know we are almost at the end, thank god, but your team have made it a s easy as it ever could have been. Thankyou.

 Regards,

David Hochwald-Jones
General Manager
